Job summary

Plumbers Supplies Co-Operative in Waverley, NSW, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations and customer service at the counter and on the phone. You will assist with picking and packing orders, deliveries in company vehicles, and upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience at the counter or over the phone.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean work area and handle deliveries.
• Willingness to work every second Saturday (4 hours) and occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Handle over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes.
• Pick orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Deliveries in company vehicles.
