Plumbers Co-op is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager at our Carlton branch. You will lead a frontline team, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to growing our member base while embodying the cooperative spirit.

You will be an inspiring leader who is ready to roll up your sleeves, drive operations, and represent the branch to members with professionalism and enthusiasm. BBQs and team events are part of our culture.
