Job summary

CoolDrive Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Burleigh Heads, QLD area. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on supporting branch performance and delivering excellent service to customers.

You will lead a team, drive sales targets, and collaborate across sales and warehouse operations while promoting safety and a strong customer-first culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our Burleigh Heads, QLD team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:

The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Branch Manager and is responsible for supporting/driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
• Supporting the existing customer base
• Assisting the Branch Manager with oversight of sales and warehouse operations
• Working with the Branch Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
• Support the Manager to achieve Branch sales targets
• Leading and inspiring a team to achieve branch target
• Being a champion for safety
