Job summary

CoolDrive Auto Parts in Burleigh Heads, QLD is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch performance and deliver high-quality service to customers. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, oversee warehouse operations and lead a team to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in automotive retail, a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals, and exceptional customer service skills.

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our Burleigh Heads, QLD team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Branch Manager and is responsible for supporting/driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.

What your responsibilities will be

• Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
• Supporting the existing customer base
• Assisting the Branch Manager with oversight of sales and warehouse operations
• Working with the Branch Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
