Job summary

Marriott International at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Bars Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations across multiple venues. You will guide bar teams, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible, 7-day roster. Experience in supervision within hospitality and an RSA certification are essential to success in

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about guest service.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Holds a current RSA certification (Queensland).
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS system operations.

About the Role

As Assistant Bars Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bar venues including The Charles Bar, Nautilus Pool Bar and Best Brews.
