Job summary

Jacaranda Hub Services is seeking a skilled finance professional to support accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities. The role covers reconciliations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, and reporting, with responsibilities extending to BAS preparation, audits, and process improvement.

You will work closely with senior leadership in a growing privately owned group, based at the North Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations across multiple entities.
• Strong attention to accuracy in coding and allocation.
• Ability to respond to supplier, customer and internal inquiries with professionalism.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across multiple entities.
• Process and review financial transactions ensuring accurate coding and allocation.
• Respond to supplier, customer and internal stakeholder enquiries.
• Review and reconcile corporate credit card and expense transactions.
• Maintain finance records, registers and supporting documentation.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
