Job summary

Faircloth & Reynolds Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to progress your accounting career and contribute to the success of our business.

The role will include accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations, and supplier management. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce or working towards
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and accounting software
• A can-do attitude with willingness to learn and be a team player

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with maintaining the motor vehicle register for a large fleet
• Inventory & supplier management
• General accounting duties as required
