AnglicareSA is seeking an IT Asset Administrator to oversee AnglicareSA’s IT assets throughout their lifecycle. You’ll manage purchasing, allocation, tracking, invoices and reporting, ensuring assets are accurately recorded and securely managed.

As our Assets & Finance Administrator, you will coordinate AnglicareSA’s IT assets throughout their lifecycle. From purchasing and purchase orders through to allocation, tracking, invoice reconciliation, reporting, audits, recovery and disposal, you will help ensure our assets are accurately recorded, securely managed and available when needed.
While the role sits within our Technology & Information team, you don’t need to be an IT specialist to succeed. We’re looking for someone with strong administration, asset management, procurement, finance or inventory experience who is comfortable working with systems, records and stakeholders.

This is not a highly technical IT role. We welcome candidates from broader asset management, procurement, finance, purchasing, inventory or administration backgrounds. Experience managing IT assets is a plus, but it is not essential.
