As a Workforce Rostering Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our Community Aged Care customers receive the right support at the right time. With customer service at the heart of the position, you’ll work closely with customers, service teams and employees to coordinate responsive schedules that reflect individual needs and preferences.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll balance planned scheduling with changing priorities, resolve service gaps and find practical solutions. Rostering experience can be taught - we’re particularly interested in highly motivated people who bring strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
