Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Asset Systems to lead the move to mobile-first operations across City Assets. You will guide how inspections, work orders, scheduling, and reporting are managed, and you will coordinate CiAnywhere enhancements, mobile inspections, and data-driven improvements.

You will drive workshops, support system upgrades, and enable workforce adoption while collaborating with Parks, Roads, Fleet and Maintenance teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise systems, asset management, operational improvement or workforce mobility.
• Strong technical and analytical capability with clear communication.
• Experience with TechnologyOne CiAnywhere enhancements is a plus.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to mobile-first operations across City Assets and improve how field teams manage inspections, work orders, scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate TechnologyOne CiAnywhere enhancements and support mobile inspections/digital work management.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and improve how operational data is captured and used.
• Facilitate workshops, test system upgrades and support workforce adoption.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve scheduling, resource allocation and productivity.
