Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the JAMS platform from our Melbourne office across from Southern Cross Station. You will translate business needs into practical system outcomes, configure JAMS, and support testing, deployment and governance to enable safe, compliant, and cost-effective asset management across Transport operations.

You will work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst and stakeholders to standardise processes, improve data quality, and deliver

Qualifications

Experience configuring or supporting work management, field service or enterprise asset management systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into workflows, forms, reports and system configuration.
Experience with SQL server, querying, data validation or troubleshooting.
Experience with testing, deployment, incident resolution and controlled change.

Responsibilities

JAMS configuration and support – administer and maintain system configuration, workflows, security and data, deliver minor improvements and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements, testing and deployment – gather business requirements, coordinate testing, manage defects and assist deployments and communications.
Operating model and standardisation – align JAMS configurations with requirements, reduce variation and maintain documentation, maps and standards.
Reporting, integration and governance – develop operational reports and data extracts, manage interfaces and ensure data quality and access controls.
