Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a data analytics‑oriented professional to support the Asset & Optimisation team in Melbourne. The role focuses on standardising technology and data practices, converting asset data into actionable insights, and supporting AI-driven solutions to strengthen asset management decisions.

You will develop dashboards, enhance data quality, and work across governance and validation to enable better lifecycle planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience converting asset or operational data into decision-ready insights (civil infrastructure or similar).
• Knowledge of data lifecycle, data quality, governance and visualisation.
• Experience supporting AI, machine-learning, predictive analytics or intelligent automation initiatives is desirable.
• Experience with enterprise asset management or work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Standardise technology, data and analytical practices and improve information quality.
• Convert asset and maintenance data into actionable insights; develop dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Improve data quality and adoption; establish quality measures and support pilots and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI-driven use cases; promote responsible AI governance and foster learning and innovation.
