Job summary

Central Highlands Water is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead asset strategy, planning and performance within our Sustainable Infrastructure team in Ballarat. You will drive continuous improvement of our asset management system and policies across lifecycle stages.

Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in ISO550xx frameworks, asset performance analysis and cross‑functional leadership to deliver practical, value‑adding digital initiatives and robust governance.

Qualifications

Experience developing and reviewing asset management policies, frameworks, strategies, and plans.
Experience improving asset management by analyzing asset performance and streamlining processes.
Record delivering projects to enhance asset management information systems or digital initiatives.
Knowledge of ISO550XX standards or equivalents for asset life-cycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead the continuous review and optimisation of CHW's asset management system in line with policy and ISO550XX principles.
Provide technical leadership to improve strategic asset management across the organisation.
Lead initiatives to enhance asset management information systems and deliver digital enhancements.
Develop asset management policies, strategies, plans and procedures across CHW for key asset classes.
