Job summary

Central Highlands Water in Ballarat invites applications for the Head of Digital Business Transformation to lead the design, delivery and embedding of CHW's digital programs and realise their benefits.

You will head a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and specialist resources, overseeing program planning, governance, budgets, vendor performance and process redesign. A focus on adoption, change management and measurable benefits aligned to Strategy 2040 is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in IT, digital and AI strategy development and implementation.
• Experience delivering digital transformation in utilities/public sector.
• Strong change management and adoption focus.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and embedding of CHW's digital transformation programs.
• Oversee program planning, governance, budgets and vendor performance.
• Coordinate process mapping, redesign and benefits realisation.
• Support development and implementation of AI strategies and governance.
• Contribute to Board reporting and strategic sub-committees.
