Job summary

The Hills Shire Council is seeking a Strategic Assets Officer to join the Asset Management Team. You will help align Council's assets with business goals, provide comprehensive asset data reports, and support improvement initiatives across asset management systems.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant bachelor's degree, NSW driver's license, and strong data integration and reporting skills. The role offers weekly pay, training opportunities, and potential bonus payments under the EBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Asset Management or Project Management or equivalent.
• Experience with asset management practices and systems.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking data management activities to support Council's reporting requirements.
• Analyse requirements and implement improvements to Asset Management System.
• Prepare capitalization, revaluation and year-end reporting for asset classes.
• Plan, program and coordinate delivery of asset management projects.
