Job summary

Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking an Asset Protection Administration Officer for a temporary part-time role based in the Rosebud office. The role covers administrative support for the Asset Protection & Construction teams, processing permits, bonds and invoicing, and handling inquiries.

Applicants should have experience in regulatory or civil infrastructure admin, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing professional administrative services, preferably in regulatory or civil infrastructure fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Asset Protection and Construction teams.
• Process inspections, permits, bonds and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Answer phone inquiries and handle service requests.
