Job summary

Osmoflo Water Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Manager, Assets based at our Adelaide Burton Facility to provide leadership across asset management, maintenance planning and process engineering. You will drive asset performance, safety culture and customer satisfaction while supporting growth across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in water, utilities, mining, oil & gas, industrial services or related sectors.
• Experience leading technical and operational teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, financial reporting.
• Experience in strategic planning and governance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership.
• Ability to travel interstate and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the National Assets team and drive performance.
• Promote safety-first culture across operations.
• Drive strategic Asset Management initiatives aligned to ISO 55001.
• Oversee remote monitoring and Control Centre operations.
• Provide engineering leadership at sites and projects.
• Deliver annual strategic plans, budgets and performance targets.
• Manage financial performance, resources and reporting.
• Support business development and client engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Represent Osmoflo with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
