Job summary

JLL is seeking an asset management professional in Melbourne to lead data-driven maintenance strategies for client portfolios. You will manage asset registers, ensure data quality across Corrigo and LCAM, and collaborate with procurement and project teams to optimise CAPEX forecasting and lifecycle management.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with CMMS platforms, and a collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary FM/account team setting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field are desirable.
• Demonstrable experience managing asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment.
• Aptitude for interpretation and analysis of numerical data, preferably in energy, emissions or utilities context.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Asset Management tools operate per client and account team expectations.
• Maintain Corrigo asset and PPM data up to date.
• Schedule and allocate preventative maintenance tasks to meet client objectives.
• Develop and communicate lifecycle reports and capital works data.
• Maintain Corrigo Asset Register and collaborate with Construction & FM Projects teams.
• Engage contractors via Sourcing & Procurement to validate asset data for Australia Post assets.
• Develop LCAM to provide data-driven insights and forecast CAPEX needs.
• Deliver tailored learning materials to promote Corrigo and LCAM adoption.
