Job summary

JLL in Melbourne is seeking an asset management specialist to lead client relationships and manage the asset program across the portfolio. You will ensure asset registers are accurate and aligned with CMMS standards, working with vendors to maintain data quality and governance.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, lifecycle asset management, and CAPEX forecasting to support enterprise outcomes for the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field are desirable but not mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment.
• A demonstrated aptitude for interpretation and analysis of numerical data, with understanding of energy, emissions or utilities in property management.
• Ability to extract and analyse data into clear reports with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management point of contact for asset management strategies, building positive client relationships.
• Support the Account team in developing, managing, and operating the asset management program with asset registers.
• Develop account-specific asset management processes and governance aligned with the JLL Engineering Operations playbook.
• Work with the account vendor network to support asset data management and maintenance.
• Maintain Corrigo Asset Register and Data Governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing & Procurement to engage contractors for asset data validation.
• Develop Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) platform for data-driven insights and CAPEX forecasting.
• Deliver tailored learning and development materials to promote Corrigo and LCAM usage.
• Ensure reporting and data quality in CMMS and lifecycle reports.
