Job summary

Fremantle Ports in WA is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Specialist to safeguard and optimise its civil and marine assets across Fremantle and Kwinana. You will coordinate asset inspections, supervise site activities, manage contractors, and ensure work meets scope, schedule and budget.

Reporting to the Engineering/Asset Management team, you will analyse asset condition and risk data to inform maintenance, renewal strategies and life-cycle decisions, enabling safe, reliable port

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, or substantial experience.
• Proven asset integrity engineering experience including inspections, condition assessments, and defect management.
• Experience managing contractors and consultants on maintenance/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of asset information management and risk principles in brownfield environments.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering asset integrity programs, inspection regimes and condition assessments for civil and marine infrastructure.
• Developing and managing inspection regimes and condition assessment programs.
• Analysing asset condition, defects and risk data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams and specialist consultants to identify and implement asset treatments.
• Driving continuous improvement through innovative inspection technologies, processes and systems.
