Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking a driven project professional to lead the scoping, coordination and end-to-end delivery of asset and infrastructure projects across South West Victoria. You will ensure park works meet safety standards, environmental and cultural heritage requirements, and community expectations while coordinating across multiple sites.

This role combines office planning with extensive field operations in iconic parks, partnering with Traditional Owners and Registered Aboriginal Parties

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in Project Management, Asset Management, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Current Victorian Driver's License for travel across the region.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Knowledge of environmental, planning and cultural heritage legislation impacting public land.
• Experience with safety standards, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, coordination, and delivery of asset/infrastructure projects across South West Victoria.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental and cultural heritage requirements.
• Collaborate with Traditional Owners and Registered Aboriginal Parties to respect and conserve cultural heritage.
