Terra Verde seeks an experienced Asset Manager to lead the planning, governance and handover of asset information and O&M data across the project lifecycle in Victoria, Australia. The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources andexpertise.
Terra Verde is deliveringnearly 10kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations.
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the planning, governance and delivery of asset information, asset registers, operations and maintenance (O&M) data, spare parts and progressive handover across Terra Verde.
Reporting to the Quality and Completions Manager, this key project role will ensure asset information and handover requirements are integrated throughout design, construction, testing and commissioning through to Practical Completion and final transfer to asset owners and operators.
This position is focused on permanent infrastructure asset information, lifecycle data and handover.
