Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will review, validate, and maintain asset data, ensuring information remains accurate and aligned with lifecycle requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a data, reporting, or analyst role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large data sets.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Higher School Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Review and refresh asset data to maintain accuracy and lifecycle alignment.
• Manage asset onboarding and offboarding processes with data integrity.
• Audit data templates for consistency before uploading to the central database.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technical Asset Team, Facilities Managers, subcontractors and shared services.
• Support PPM programs and align schedules with requirements.
• Coordinate asset validations and vendor data amendments.
• Assist setup of new sites including asset hierarchies and naming conventions.
• Document audits and maintain lifecycle change records.
• Identify data anomalies and contribute to process improvements.
• Guide colleagues on data structures and processes.
