Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Asset and Configuration Manager to lead Asset Management and Configuration Management within an ITIL 4 and SIAM-based service environment. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role oversees the full lifecycle management of software, hardware and cloud assets, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of configuration data and playbooks.

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver effective governance,

Qualifications

Experience in ITSM and governance within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment.
Strong knowledge of Asset and Configuration Management and ITIL practices.
Experience creating procedures, Playbooks and governance docs.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, discovery and dashboards.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; higher certs highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead Asset Management and Configuration Management across software, hardware and cloud assets.
Maintain CMDB accuracy and implement governance across services.
Drive continual improvement and drive reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve data quality.
Support SIAM governance forums and cross-practice delivery.
