Job summary

ADF Careers is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to oversee the assessment booking process and ensure a smooth candidate journey through the Australian Defence Force application pathway.

You will coordinate sessions, support assessment teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive, compliant candidate experience while aligning with DFR Recruiting Operations goals.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Australian AGSVA security clearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of candidate assessments and sessions.
• Ensure clear communication of upcoming sessions to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of targets and pipelines and align candidate flow accordingly.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor compliance and review processes to maximise candidate experience and meet targets.
• Keep all stakeholders informed about sessions and requirements for support.
