Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR support within complex, technical environments.
• Strong candidate engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle with a smooth, personalised experience.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with the Recruitment Manager for International Deployments.
• Support sourcing by building high-quality talent pools for international deployment roles.
• Facilitate behavioural competency-based interview processes with consistency.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and ensure candidates meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in PageUp for traceability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment operations.
