MG Assessing is seeking an Assessing Support Officer to assist our Assessors and ensure smooth progression of insurance assessments from start to finish. You will be a key contact for insurers, repairers and customers, providing admin and operational support across the team.

About the Role

As an Assessing Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Assessors and ensuring insurance assessments progress smoothly from start to finish. • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
