ManpowerGroup in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, inspect and package products while ensuring quality, safety and production standards are met.

You will follow detailed work instructions, complete production documentation and data entry, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet targets within a GMP/ISO-regulated setting. A collaborative team awaits with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience following detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Experience completing production documentation and data entry.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO or quality systems is beneficial.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
