Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, UK, offers a 13-month placement in its Assembly Line starting July 2025. We seek two interns to support lean manufacturing, data analysis and daily reporting to help run the line efficiently and meet high quality standards.

You are studying a Bachelor's or integrated Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, aiming for a 2:2 or better, with fluent English; German is a plus. Expect hands-on practice in a world-class facility and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• On track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of German beneficial.
• Demonstrates problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lean manufacturing: process design and optimisation.
• Data analysis and creation of reports.
• Daily tasks supporting the reporting and running of the Assembly Line.
