Job summary

Frontline Human Resources is seeking an Assembler/Factory Hand to join a garage door specialist in Eagle Farm. Role includes assembling components, quality checks, and safe operation of tools on a 6am–2:30pm schedule with potential for overtime.

Ideal candidates have experience in factory or assembly work, are physically fit, and ready for immediate start. Opportunity for progression to full-time for the right person within a safety‑driven environment.

• Experience as a factory hand, machine operator, assembler or general hand.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Garage Doors - Construct and assemble door panels, tracks, springs, and other components according to specifications.
• Quality Inspection - Check finished products for defects, alignment, and functionality to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate Tools & Equipment - Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently during assembly.
• Follow Safety Procedures - Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Material Handling & Packaging - Move, organize, and package assembled products for storage or shipment.
• Perform general factory duties and assist in maintaining a clean workspace.

The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an Assembler/Factory Hand to join our client that specialises in the garage door industry. This opportunity is located in Eagle Farm and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities
