G. James Glass and Aluminium, a respected Australian family‑owned manufacturer, is seeking an Assembler for the Windows & Doors Toowoomba branch. This full‑time, ongoing role covers metal selection, aluminium fabrication and glazing of windows and doors in a hands‑on environment.

You will operate power tools, work safely as part of a team, and bring reliability and a current driver's licence. On‑site parking is available and there are career growth opportunities within the group.

Qualificações

• Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication is advantageous.
• Experience using power tools.
• Reliable, punctual with a current driver's licence.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a team.

We are currently seeking a motivated Assembler to join our team in a full-time, ongoing position within our well‑established, stable, and respected family business.

The Role

This is a varied, hands‑on role involving multiple stages of the manufacturing process, including:

• Metal selection and cutting
• Aluminium fabrication
• Glazing of windows and doors

About You

Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

• Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience using power tools
• Reliable, punctual, with dependable transport and a current driver's licence
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work safely and accurately in a team environment
