Job summary

G.James Newcastle Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to lead aluminium window and door projects across NSW. In this hands-on role you’ll coordinate site activities, supervise installation teams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery to high standards.

You will build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, read architectural drawings, manage materials and budgets, and provide hands-on support where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands-on background.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.

Our Newcastle Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across NSW.

In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
