G.James Glass and Aluminium is seeking Commercial Assemblers in Townsville to join our team. You will be trained in assembling commercial aluminium windows, doors, and screens and will work with hand and power tools to meet production targets.

Experience in manufacturing or labour is helpful, but not required. A stable, full-time role with training and paths for career growth is offered in Townsville, with company support for safety and teamwork.

The Role

You will be trained in:

• Assembly of commercial aluminium windows, doors, and screens
• Using hand and power tools
• Reading production sheets and measurements
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Previous experience in manufacturing, labouring, or trades is highly regarded but not essential.
