Job summary

Supaloc is expanding its production team in Tomago, NSW, and seeks Assemblers to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses, and joists according to drafting plans. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a 38-hour week and an initial training period at $30.79 per hour, rising to $35.96 per hour after training.

On-site parking is provided, with opportunities for overtime. You will read basic drawings, handle materials, and work in a team to meet daily targets while keeping a safe,

• Full-Time Permanent Roles (38 hours/week)
• $30.79/h 3 months training period - $35.96/h ongoing once completing training
• 4 weeks paid leave – 17.5% leave loading on holidays

About the role

Reporting to the Factory Manager, Assemblers in our production team are part of the new home frame assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to drafting plans.

More specifically, you will:

• Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard
• Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
• Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking
• Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasksMaintain a clean and organised work environment

• Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
