Job summary

Synaco is seeking an Assembly professional to join our client’s team in Epping, Melbourne. This casual role offers a genuine pathway to permanent employment, with Friday knock-off early, and a pay rate of $34.96 per hour.

In this hands-on position you will assemble water tanks and components, using hand and power tools, while following precise instructions and safety practices. You’ll thrive in a safety-first, collaborative environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using hand and power tools is mandatory.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical or similar hands-on work.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Experience with drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws or similar tools is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.

• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm — knock off early every Friday!


• Pay: $34.96 per hour


• Location: Epping, Melbourne


• Employment: Casual with a genuine opportunity to transition to permanent
