Job summary

Synergie is seeking an Assembler to join our client’s team in Melbourne, Epping. This casual role offers the chance to transition to permanent and involves assembling water tanks and related components using hand and power tools.

You will follow specifications, measure and assemble parts, maintain a safe, tidy work area and work with a supportive team to meet daily production targets. Friday shifts run 6:00am–12:00pm with an early knock-off.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and power tools used in assembly.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience using hand and power tools – mandatory
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical or similar hands-on work
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Experience working with drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws or similar tools is highly regarded
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
