Synergie Group is seeking an Assembler to join our client’s team in Epping, Melbourne. This role involves assembling water tanks and components, using hand and power tools, and maintaining strict safety standards in a collaborative setting.

You will be part of a busy manufacturing team, with opportunities to learn, develop new skills and progress within the company. This casual position offers a clear path to permanency through consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using hand and power tools – mandatory
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical or similar hands‑on work
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Experience with drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws or similar tools is highly regarded
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety

• Assemble water tanks and components according to specifications

• Follow instructions, measurements and assembly processes accurately

• Pay: $34.96 per hour
• Location: Epping, Melbourne
