Corporate Traveller Australia is seeking an Assistant Business Leader ready to advance to a leadership role. You will manage your own client portfolio while partnering with a Business Leader to build a high-performing team, with formal training and hands-on leadership from day one.

If you are customer-obsessed and commercially savvy, this is your move to grow both a book of business and a team. This role offers development opportunities in a dynamic travel group and exposure to SME clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the travel industry, including 2 years on Sabre.
• Business travel management experience, or leisure leadership experience preferred.
• 6 months in Lumina is desired but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships.
