Job summary

TTG Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager / Senior Credit Analyst to join a respected financial institution in Sydney. You will support the Relationship Management team with credit analysis, client engagement, and deal structuring, building a solid foundation for a long-term banking career.

You'll work closely with experienced Relationship Managers, gain exposure to commercial portfolios, and develop your skills in credit submissions, financial analysis, and risk assessment

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, business banking, credit analysis, accounting, or financial services.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to progress into relationship management, portfolio management, or senior credit roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of commercial and business banking clients
• Prepare high-quality credit submissions, financial analysis, and risk assessments
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
• Assist with structuring lending solutions and supporting new business opportunities
• Participate in client meetings and site visits to better understand customer needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client outcomes
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high standards of risk management
