Blue Ocean Operation Pty Ltd – Broadbeach QLD is seeking an Apprentice Chef to join a busy kitchen. The role involves assisting the chef with meal preparation and learning procedures in a fast-paced environment, with weekend work as part of the schedule.

Training for an apprentice cook covers basic culinary skills, knife skills, knowledge of ingredients, use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate, punctual, reliable, flexible and well presented,

Mansioni

• Assist the chef in the preparation and cooking of meals.

• Kitchen cleaning, such as dish washing and equipment cleaning, sanitation.
