Job summary

Boral Asphalt is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator for our Williamstown crew. You will operate asphalt mobile plant equipment on site, contribute to safety initiatives and help deliver high-quality road surfacing with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Based in Williamstown, you’ll report to the Foreman and participate in ongoing training while maintaining equipment and supporting the crew to achieve project milestones. This role involves shift flexibility to cover a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating asphalt mobile plant equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment.
• Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license or Mobile Equipment National Competency is highly regarded.
• Willingness to work across a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment.
• Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards.
• Contribute to all crew tasks to deliver a quality product in a safe environment.
• Maintain company trucks and plant equipment.
