Boral Asphalt is seeking a motivated Plant Operator to join the West Burleigh Asphalt Plant team on the Gold Coast. You will operate and monitor plant equipment, support loading and production activities, and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform minor repairs.
• Manage stock materials and housekeeping.
• Operate mobile plant equipment when licensed.
• Maintain production and safety records.
• Follow safety, environmental and quality standards.
