Job summary

Clark Miller is seeking an experienced ASIC & Compliance Officer in Sydney to join our Business Services team. You will manage corporate compliance, ASIC administration, client onboarding and regulatory processes, ensuring high-quality service and strict compliance standards.

As part of our collaborative, client-focused firm, you will coordinate a broad range of compliance and administrative functions, including ASIC forms, incorporations, annual reviews, changes, resolutions, and AML/KYC

Qualifications

• Experience in ASIC, compliance, client services or administration within accounting, professional services or legal firms.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC corporate compliance, including registrations, annual reviews and changes.
• Experience with ATO administration and client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate company incorporations and entity establishments.
• Manage ASIC annual reviews, company changes and statutory registers.
• Prepare company resolutions, share transfers and allotments.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up outstanding information.
• Assist with ATO administration and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate new client onboarding, engagement letters and entity setup.
• Complete AML and client identification requirements.
• Maintain accurate client and compliance records.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide exceptional administrative support.
• Assist with technology improvements and data integrity projects.
