Myers Asbestos Removal - Brisbane West is a well-established and growing company specialising in Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal and soft demolition services. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and safe work environment for our team.

Based in Southeast Queensland, we service Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Lockyer Valley and Darling Downs. All PPE and uniforms provided, with above award casual rates, overtime and superannuation.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is mandatory.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
• Heavy vehicle licence is highly regarded.
• Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal ticket CPCCDE3014 is preferred but not essential - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Soft demolition and strip-out work
• Conducting site inspections for testing and quotations
• Hazardous material remediation tasks
• Comfortable working at heights

Education

Construction White Card (mandatory)

Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)

Heavy vehicle licence (highly regarded)

Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal ticket CPCCDE3014 (preferred but not essential - training provided)

What We Offer:

• Above award casual rates, plus overtime and superannuation
• 3 - 5 days' work per week
• Based in Southeast Queensland, servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Lockyer Valley, and Darling Downs
• All PPE and uniforms provided
• Opportunity to transition to permanent part-time employment after 12 months for the right candidate
