Job summary

breadsolutions is seeking a Process Worker in Victoria to support manufacturing operations, handling dough and other active ingredients in a fast-paced environment. You will assist machine operations, perform manual handling tasks and ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards are followed as part of the BSFSP program.

The role requires reliability, stamina, and teamwork, with a 7-day fortnight roster and weekend work. Training and opportunities for internal promotion are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with live product (e.g. dough or other active ingredients).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements.
• Comfort using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry).
• The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floor.
• Perform manual handling tasks.
• Assist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floor.
• Ensure that, at all times, all food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP).
