• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, and shape dough using traditional methods to create artisanal bread and pastries.
• Monitor fermentation and proofing to ensure texture and flavour.
• Load, bake, and unload products with precise oven timing and temperatures.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and operate baking equipment properly.
