Three Mills Bakery is seeking energetic apprentices to join our team and learn hands-on artisan bread and pastry production. You will work across two sites, with day and night shifts shared among the team, including weekends. Remuneration will be based on experience as we train you in our craft.

Qualifications

• Apprentice bakery role; willingness to learn artisan techniques.
• Basic baking or kitchen experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing handmade sourdough breads and pastries.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality control across products.
• Operate basic bakery equipment as trained and supervised.
• Participate in cross-training across pastry, kitchen and front-of-house teams.
