Job summary

ACH Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager and Registered Nurse to lead the Southern Metropolitan region from Christie Downs. You will guide a dedicated community team to deliver person-centered care, engage stakeholders, and drive high standards in quality and safety.

In this role you will champion ACH Group's values, manage budgets and KPIs, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliant service delivery under aged care reforms.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered nurse with leadership experience is required.
• Ability to manage large teams and drive transformative change.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a community team delivering exceptional customer care in the Support at Home program.
• Champion ACH Group's strategic goals and values to enhance service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to align with aged care reforms and standards.
