Job summary

ACH Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead the Southern Metropolitan region from the Christie Downs office. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, guiding a large community team, and driving transformative changes within aged care.

You will lead with authentic communication, align services with the Good Lives philosophy, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining a positive workplace culture that supports continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated community team to deliver outstanding customer care in the Support at Home program.
• Champion ACH Group’s strategic goals and values to enhance service quality and reputation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet highest standards and adapt to aged care reforms.
• Oversee quality care delivery in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and ACH Group’s Good Lives philosophy.
• Manage budgets, KPIs and commercial viability to support sustainable growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment through leadership, mentoring and development of your team.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
