Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team in a valued aged care facility located just 2 hours outside Melbourne. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, offering a balanced regional lifestyle within easy reach of Melbourne.

You will oversee a dedicated team of nurses and carers, ensure high-quality, resident-focused care, and maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while reporting to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within an Australian aged care environment (e.g., Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or ANUM).
• A deep understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and participate in audit processes.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team in a beautifully appointed aged care facility located just 2 hours outside of Melbourne.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday only-giving you your weekends back to enjoy the incredible regional lifestyle, whether that means exploring the coast or the countryside.
